Summary presentation of the firm

Pech de Laclause & Partners is composed of 14 lawyers (6 partners, 8 associates). It advises both French and international clients: corporations, leading multi-nationals and public entities. The working languages of the firm are French, English, German and Spanish. The lawyers’ activities include the provision of legal advice and litigation in all aspects of business law (civil, commercial, public or criminal).

In addition to its generalist practice, the firm specializes in following practice areas:

• Public law; urban planning and environmental law;
• Intellectual property law;
